We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team in Tulsa. This is a high-impact role focused on building and maintaining strategic relationships within the Northeast Oklahoma building community. You will not only drive new business development but also act as a technical advisor, managing existing accounts and providing expert guidance to help architects, contractors, and developers bring their projects to life. Responsibilities: • Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with architects, contractors, and developers to drive new business opportunities. • Act as a trusted advisor by providing expert guidance on product specifications and solutions tailored to client needs. • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets in the Northeast Oklahoma region. • Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities for growth within the manufacturing industry. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction from start to finish. • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that effectively communicate our value proposition. • Manage and grow existing accounts by understanding their evolving needs and offering innovative solutions to enhance their projects. Qualifications: • Experience in sales within the manufacturing industry, particularly in glass and aluminum products. • Ability to develop and nurture relationships with glazing contractors, designers, and general contractors. • Proven track record of consultative selling, helping clients select optimal solutions for their projects. • Strong account management skills, with the ability to maintain and grow existing client relationships. • Expertise in providing product knowledge on storefront systems, curtain walls, and custom applications. • Ability to prepare accurate quotes, negotiate contracts, and manage the sales cycle effectively. • Experience in project coordination, ensuring efficient order fulfillment and budget adherence with internal teams. Compensation: $60,000+ commission
