    Your Responsibilities

    Meet Homeowners & Provide Estimates – Conduct on-site visits, take measurements/photos, and prepare proposals using estimating software.

    Sell & Book Jobs – Present and explain estimates, highlight our value, and close the sale.

    Oversee Projects – Coordinate with craftsmen and customers to ensure quality and timely completion.

    Track Job Profitability – Monitor labor, materials, and costs to keep jobs on budget.

    Handle Customer Communication – Manage questions, concerns, warranty issues, and follow-ups with professionalism.

    Team Collaboration – Attend weekly meetings, align with franchise goals, and support overall success.

    What We’re Looking For

    Sales-Driven & Results-Oriented – You love setting and hitting goals.

    Excellent Communication & People Skills – You build trust quickly with homeowners.

    Experience in Home Services or Project Management (Preferred) – Background in home improvement, construction, or remodeling is a plus.

    Tech-Savvy & Organized – Comfortable with estimating tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office.

    Independent & Reliable – You can manage your time, schedule, and tasks with minimal oversight.

    Strong Negotiation & Problem-Solving Skills – Able to address concerns and find win-win solutions.

    Valid Driver’s License & Transportation – Travel to job sites and customer homes is required.
