What You’ll Do
Learn State Farm’s insurance and financial products through hands-on training.
Obtain your Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses with full support.
Proactively generate and develop sales leads to grow your client base.
Use a consultative, client-first approach to educate and empower clients.
Build strong, trusting relationships with clients by delivering exceptional service.
Collaborate with the team to achieve and exceed sales goals.
Manage customer service inquiries with professionalism and care.
What We’re Looking For
A strong passion for sales and eagerness to succeed—ready to hit the ground running.
Previous sales experience preferred but not required; we value motivation and coachability.
Excellent communication skills — verbal, written, and active listening.
Self-motivated, positive attitude, and a team player mindset.
Confidence in presenting to clients and building relationships.
Willingness to obtain and maintain Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses.
