  • Responsibilities

    Job Description

    • Analyze sales performance data across channels, products, and regions; prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to support marketing and sales decision-making.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to track campaign performance (e.g., promotions, digital campaigns, events), providing insights on customer engagement, and sales impact.
    • Monitor sales trends, identify growth opportunities, and highlight risks or gaps by analyzing historical data, and market performance.
    • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that track key sales and marketing KPIs (e.g., sell-through rates, promotion effectiveness, customer acquisition).
    • Assist in sales forecasting and demand planning by analyzing historical sales data and market trends to support inventory and production planning.
    • Ensure accuracy and consistency of sales and marketing data by coordinating with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Accounting, Supply Chain, etc).
    • Conduct ad-hoc analysis on customer behavior, product performance, and market trends to support strategic initiatives and new product launches.
    • Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall efficiency of sales and marketing operations.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bilingual in English and Mandarin required.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business, or a related field.
    • 1–2 years of experience in sales analysis, business analysis, marketing analytics, or a related role.
    • Must be proficient in Microsoft Advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP function, data analysis); experience with data visualization tools (such as Power BI, Tableau) is preferred.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
    • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Work Location & Schedule: In-person, Chatsworth, CA
    • Monday – Friday, 5 days onsite
