    We are expanding and looking for a driven Sales Estimator who wants real income growth and long-term opportunity — not just a salary.

    What You’ll Do

    • Review architectural drawings and prepare accurate, high-margin estimates • Present polished proposals and pricing packages • Manage the full sales cycle — from first inquiry to signed contract • Communicate clearly with clients to build trust and close deals • Protect margins while maximizing revenue • Maintain pipeline visibility and follow-through

    This is a hybrid technical + sales role for someone comfortable reading plans and confident selling value.

    What We’re Looking For

    • 3+ years in construction sales, estimating, glazing, or related field • Ability to read blueprints and specifications • Strong communicator with professional presence • Organized, responsive, and client-focused • Motivated by commission and income growth
