JOB SUMMARY The Sales Assistant supports the Sales Manager in maintaining existing client accounts, processing orders. This role is responsible for maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring efficient handling of sales-related communications and documentation.
Maintain positive relationships with customers and sales representatives, handling inquiries with professionalism and tact.
Build and maintain up-to-date client portfolios and client sites as requested in company ERP systems and folders. Gather and organize site documents for Sales review and project management.
Complete requests regarding price quotations, purchase orders, order changes, and cancellations from Sales Manager.
Follow up on customer inquiries, including delivery status and pending orders, proposals.
Maintain Sales reporting for end-of-day reports to Operations Manager and Management Team. This will also include weekly reporting to clients on project status.
Maintain weekly/biweekly schedule for house account, design review for Sales Manager.

Accurate data entry/typing, math and cognitive problem-solving skills

Education & Experience
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales support, customer service, or related role.
Equivalent business experience may substitute for formal education requirements.
Experience in the sign industry is a plus
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and customer interaction skills
Ability to read and interpret blueprints is a plus
Technical Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Experience with CRM and job costing systems is a plus
