As an Insurance Sales Assistant you will help grow a local Allstate agency by conducting sales calls to new prospects. You will help our sales team to on-board new customers and help a seamless experience for our clients.
Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to new prospects and former customers.
Help sales team during the on-boarding process
Provide a positive client experience
Job Qualifications
Strong interest in a sales career – sales experience preferred
No insurance experience required
Great phone communcation skills
Confident, motivated individual who works well independently
Able to multi-task, follow through, and follow-up
Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
flesxible schedule 12-15 hours a week
