    Sphirea Plus is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to support our sales operations in Austin, TX. This role is essential in ensuring smooth communication between our sales team and clients, while also helping to drive business development through administrative support and lead coordination.

    Responsibilities

    • Assist the sales team in managing client accounts and maintaining updated records

    • Prepare and organize presentations, proposals, and reports

    • Schedule meetings, calls, and follow-ups with prospective and existing clients

    • Respond to customer inquiries and provide product or service information

    • Track sales data, monitor inventory levels, and update CRM systems

    • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and service

    • Support promotional campaigns and event preparation when required

  • Qualifications

    • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing is a plus)

    • Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

    • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving

    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
