    Job Description

    THE DUTIES

    • Assisting the Cargo President with their portfolio of clients
    • Develop aircraft knowledge including familiarization with aircraft used, range, capacity, crewing etc.
    • Building relationships with Cargo operators to ensure access to the widest range of aircraft available to provide solutions for our customers
    • Maintain airport and airline contact information in the database
    • Flight watching/overseeing flight departures
    • Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and team
    • Grow a wide and effective network of contacts inside and outside organization
    • Pro-actively targeting your list through outbound sales calls, emails, and visits
    • Presents and undertakes public speaking with skill and confidence
    • Demonstrate an expert understanding of the aircraft and chartering process

    • 1+ years of administrative assistance experience
    • 2+ years of Microsoft Outlook experience
