We’re looking for a self-starter with great instincts and strong follow-through to join our team as Sales Assistant. You don’t need years of experience, just the right mindset. If you're organized, personable, and motivated to learn, we’ll teach you the rest.

What You’ll Do

· Follow up on sales leads from phone, email, and web

· Create quotes and track leads in our CRM system (we’ll train you)

· Set up new accounts and coordinate onboarding

· Help customers with scheduling, account questions, and service requests

· Keep things moving and organized. You’re the glue between sales, service, and dispatch

What We’re Looking For

· Someone who loves lists and checks boxes

· Comfortable talking to people and building trust fast

· Able to move quickly, shift gears, and handle a busy day

· Curious, coachable, and motivated by getting things right

· Not afraid to ask questions and take ownership

Requirements

· Some experience in customer service, admin, or sales support is a plus, not a must

· Strong verbal and written communication skills

· Comfortable with technology and eager to learn new tools

· Professional and detail oriented with a can-do attitude
