FASTSIGNS of Fullerton & Brea is looking for a sharp, observant, and proactive Sales Assistant to become the right hand to our Sales Lead in a fast-paced, creative environment. If you’re the type of person who notices what’s needed before being asked — and enjoys being part of a fun, driven team — this is for you.

What You’ll Do

Answer incoming calls and greet walk-in customers

Respond to client emails quickly and professionally

Build and send out estimates using HubSpot and internal tools

Manage the Sales Lead’s email, schedule, and task flow

Assist with customer pickups and general front-office support

Help coordinate projects and timelines with other team members

Handle day-to-day tasks independently after receiving direction

Ideal Background

Recent grads or career switchers welcome

Experience in events, construction, customer service, or creative production a plus
