    The Role

    At Found Rental Co., our Sales Assistants are the backbone of our customer experience and the heartbeat of our showroom. You are not just managing orders, you are a co-creator of "Found moments." You provide the structural support that allows our Sales Team to dream big with clients, ensuring that every logistical detail is handled with heart and reliability.

    Key Responsibilities

    Customer & Sales Team Support

    • Inspired Service: Deliver a luxury hospitality experience via phone, email, and in-person visits, ensuring every interaction feels welcoming and comfortable.
    • Strategic Partnership: Support Senior Account Executives and Account Executives by managing the "moving parts" of daily sales, allowing them to focus on business growth.
    • Critical Communication: Act as the primary liaison between Sales and Operations. You translate "visions" into "logistics" by relaying critical updates and order changes with speed and precision.
    • Client Stewardship: Maintain and deepen client relationships by serving as a knowledgeable, trusted point of contact, especially when the Sales Team is onsite at events.

    Sales & Event Coordination

    • Order Integrity: Meticulously edit orders and manage event folders to ensure 100% data accuracy.
    • The "Found" Experience: Lead the setup for showroom meetings and mockups. You ensure the physical space is inspiring—furniture is polished, the layout is intentional, and the atmosphere is ready for creativity.
    • Post-Event Gratitude: Coordinate the "Final Touch" (thank-you notes, photo gathering, and feedback) to ensure our relationship with the client continues long after the event ends.

    Showroom Management

    • Curating Inspiration: Maintain the showroom to "Found Standards." This means ensuring the floor is client-ready at all times, reflecting the beauty and comfort we promise our clients.
    • Hospitality Logistics: Schedule and manage all showroom appointments, acting as the "Host" for visiting designers and planners.

    Production & Logistics Support

    • Operational Sync: Work hand-in-hand with the Production Team to confirm order feasibility, update delivery windows, and solve logistical puzzles before they reach the client.
