    Sales Assistant – What You Will Do

    You will proactively follow up on provided leads, answer client questions, and pass qualified leads to our sales group.

    • Follow up with provided leads through email and cold calling to assess lead viability
    • Manage all social media channels and lead campaigns through Google, Yelp, Facebook, etc.
    • Respond to customer inquiries received via phone call, email and text message inbox
    • Provide customer service and support to customers inquiring about potential roofing projects
    • Pass qualified leads off to the internal sales team
    • Track lead generation method metrics to make recommendations for future lead investments

    Sales Assistant – Required Skills, Experience & Personality Fit

    • Previous sales or cold calling experience. You understand the right questions to ask and how to progress a lead into the sales funnel
    • Excellent phone skills – you are interacting with potential or repeat customers, and referrals, answering project-related questions
    • You are goal and deadline-driven and work with a high sense of urgency
    • Comfort with supporting the front office and sales team needs, answering the phone, conducting outreach, and more, without ego– you are working in a closely held company where priorities may shift, everyone wears a lot of hats, and flexibility and teamwork are needed
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to work in the office daily in Culver City, your anticipated schedule will be 9 am to 5 pm
    • Prior experience in trades (ie: roofing, plumbing, pest control, solar, HVAC) desired not required
    • Experience working with a CRM system (desired, not required)

    Sales Assistant – Benefits for You

    Your anticipated schedule will be 9 am to 5 pm. You are eligible for overtime.

    The compensation for this role is $25 per hour, complemented by an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to this, the benefits package encompasses paid time off (PTO), sick days, and paid holidays.

    This role requires successful completion of a background check before start date, after accepting the offer.
