Martine Law is looking for a highly organized, detail-driven Sales Operations Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership, and understands that accuracy and speed matter. This is an operational role for someone who loves keeping systems clean, processes moving, and details from falling through the cracks. Responsibilities: What You’ll Own Prepare and verify consultations across Clio, HubSpot, Outlook, Aircall, and related systems Complete conflict checks, case verification, document uploads, and client data audits Maintain accurate deal stages, sales records, and daily reporting Review retainers, payments, case information, and documentation before onboarding Ensure closed deals move from Sales to Legal quickly and accurately Identify errors, workflow gaps, and opportunities to improve our systems Partner closely with Sales Leadership to strengthen processes and support growth Qualifications: You’ll Be Successful Here If You Are Exceptionally detail-oriented and organized Fast, accurate, and comfortable being measured against clear KPIs Tech-savvy and confident working across multiple systems Proactive—you catch problems before they become problems Accountable and comfortable owning work from beginning to end Able to prioritize effectively in a high-volume environment Available to work a schedule that includes weekends Our Standard Most key accuracy and completion metrics are 95–100%. We move quickly, but we don’t sacrifice quality.
