    Designer Garage Doors is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Sales Assistant to support our sales team and help deliver a seamless experience to our high-end residential and commercial clients. This role is critical to keeping our sales process efficient, professional, and responsive. You’ll work closely with our sales representatives, customers, and installation team to manage scheduling, communication, documentation, and follow-up. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys being the backbone of a sales operation and takes pride in keeping everything running smoothly. Responsibilities: • Support field sales representatives with administrative and operational tasks • Manage incoming leads and ensure timely follow-up with prospects and clients • Schedule consultations, site visits, and installations • Prepare and send proposals, estimates, and sales documentation • Maintain accurate customer records and pipeline activity in the CRM • Act as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing professional and prompt responses • Coordinate with installation and operations teams to ensure projects stay on track • Assist with post-sale follow-up and customer satisfaction • Help organize sales materials, presentations, and reporting • Attend internal meetings and trainings as needed • Serve as the first point of contact for showroom visitors Qualifications: • Previous experience in sales support, administrative, customer service, or office coordination preferred • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Comfortable working with CRM systems and basic office software • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Professional demeanor when working with high-end clientele • Experience in home services, construction, or related industries is a plus Compensation: $45,000- $55,000 annual salary based on experience
