McClellands Contracting & Roofing is hiring energetic Sales Assistants for our Morgantown, WV office. This position offers a flexible afternoon and evening schedule designed to work around college classes and other commitments while giving you the opportunity to develop skills that can lead to a high-income career.

As a Sales Assistant, you'll meet homeowners in local neighborhoods, introduce our free roofing and exterior inspections, and schedule appointments for our experienced sales team.

What You'll Be Doing

Knock on residential doors in assigned neighborhoods

Speak with homeowners about their roofing and exterior needs

Schedule free roof inspections and consultations

Educate homeowners about storm damage and available restoration services

Support experienced sales representatives by generating qualified appointments

Track daily activity using simple reporting tools

Represent McClellands Contracting & Roofing professionally in the community

Develop communication, networking, and sales skills that will benefit you long after graduation

Flexible Schedule

Four-hour shifts in the afternoon and/or evening

Required four-hour shift every Saturday

Flexible weekday scheduling

Compensation

Earn $500 per week for your first six weeks of training

After successful completion of training, transition to a 100% commission-based compensation plan

Uncapped earning potential
