We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to support our sales operations team in Cleveland. The Sales Assistant will play a key role in managing client communications, preparing proposals, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring our clients receive outstanding service throughout the sales cycle.
Responsibilities
Assist the sales team with administrative support, including scheduling meetings and managing documentation
Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and follow-up materials
Maintain CRM systems with accurate client and lead information
Support order processing and tracking from initial inquiry to post-sale support
Respond to client inquiries and assist with issue resolution
Coordinate with marketing, production, and client service teams to ensure smooth workflow
Contribute to sales reports and data analysis as needed
Qualifications
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred
Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles is a plus
Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines
Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset
