We’re looking for our next team member to join our 6-Month Fast Track Program, a hands-on opportunity designed to launch a long-term career in sales and wealth management.
This is not a typical entry-level role. It’s a high-performance training ground for someone ready to learn quickly, work hard, and grow into a client-facing, revenue-generating position. The right candidate will also be highly comfortable with AI tools and emerging technologies.
Top performers will be sponsored, licensed, and fast-tracked into a full-time role.

What You’ll Do (First 6 Months)
Support client service and account operations
Assist with onboarding, documentation, and CRM management
Learn the day-to-day operations of a high-performing wealth management practice
Observe real client meetings and investment strategy discussions
Contribute to strategic content creation for social media

0-2 years of experience (entry-level candidates encouraged)
