Sales Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
· Assist the sales team with daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and deliver outstanding customer service.
· Prepare sales materials, including quotes and presentations.
· Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and client information.
· Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person, providing timely and professional support.
· Process sales orders and invoices.
· Collaborate with the sales team to meet targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Requirements:
· 3-5 years of experience in sales support (mechanical or manufacturing industry background is a plus).
· Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Sage 50 Accounting software is a plus.
· A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
· Previous customer service experience is essential.
