    What You’ll Be Doing

    As a Sales Assistant, you’re a key part of the showroom vibe—the behind-the-scenes hero helping everything run smoothly and keeping our customers happy.

    Your mission: support the team, elevate the customer experience, and keep things moving.

    Elevate the Experience

    Team up with Account Managers to keep projects on track

    Be the friendly, go-to resource for members and clients in the showroom

    Handle calls, emails, estimates, and sample checkouts like a pro

    Process payments, manage orders, and keep schedules organized

    Keep Sales Moving

    Learn our products so you can confidently guide customers

    Stay on top of details—updates, returns, problem-solving on the fly

    Deliver a standout experience that builds trust and loyalty

    What You Bring

    High school diploma (or equivalent experience)

    2+ years in sales or customer service (flooring/wholesale = bonus points!)

    Confidence on the phone and strong communication skills

    Ability to follow direction and stay organized in a busy environment

    Basic math skills + comfort with numbers

    Tech-savvy (Microsoft Office / 365 is a plus)

    Where You’ll Be in a Year

    The go-to person for members, clients, and vendors

    Confident navigating our systems and showroom flow

    Knowledgeable in flooring and customer experience best practices

    Building strong relationships with an awesome team

    Potentially leveling up toward an Account Manager role

    What You Get

    $20–$22/hour

    Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM (no nights, no weekends)
