ProSource of Arizona is looking for a Sales Assistant to help our Trade Pro Members and their customers bring projects to life! About the Role
As a Sales Assistant, you’ll be part of the Showroom Energy – which is the driving force behind our team’s success. You’ll be a team player, helping to fuel a culture of positivity, and ensure our members and their clients receive top-tier service.
Your mission: deliver exceptional support, exceptional service, and exceptional results.
What You’ll Do:
· Elevate the Internal & External Customer Experience
o Partner with Account Managers to keep projects on track
o Be a go-to resource for members and clients in the showroom
o Juggle calls, emails, estimates, and sample checkouts with ease
o Process payments, manage orders, and keep calendars running smoothly
· Help to Drive Sales Success
o Learn the ins and outs of flooring products so you can guide customers confidently
o Keep things moving – whether that’s updating records, handling returns, or
problem-solving on the fly
o Deliver a customer experience that builds loyalty and trust
What We’re Looking For:
· High School Diploma (or equivalent experience)
· 2+ years of sales or customer service experience (wholesale or flooring industry = big plus!)
· Experience making and receiving phone calls
· Proven ability to receive, understand and follow directions
· Strong communicator with solid business writing skills
· Confident with numbers – able to perform basic math
· Tech savvy with Microsoft Office (Microsoft 365 a bonus)
By Year One You’ll:
· Be the go-to pro for members, clients, and vendors
· Master our systems and showroom workflow
· Grow your knowledge of flooring and customer service expertise
· Build strong relationships with a supportive, high-energy team
· Maybe even be well on your way to Account Manager!
What’s In It for You:
· Competitive pay: $18 - $22/hr.
· Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm (no nights & no weekends)
