Next Comms Talk is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Sales Assistant to support our sales team in achieving targets and maintaining exceptional client service. The ideal candidate will play a key role in assisting with sales operations, handling client inquiries, and ensuring the smooth execution of internal processes.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team with administrative and operational tasks

• Assist in managing client accounts and maintaining customer records

• Respond to client inquiries in a professional and timely manner

• Help prepare sales presentations, reports, and proposals

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure client satisfaction

• Monitor inventory and manage order processing

• Schedule and confirm client meetings and follow-ups

• Track sales metrics and help identify improvement opportunities

Qualifications

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor’s degree is a plus

• Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role preferred

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

• Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools

• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset
