    Sales Assistant

    About the Position:

    The Sales Assistant plays a key role in keeping our sales team running smoothly and our customers well supported. You’ll work with both customers and internal teams to manage communication, help with orders, and take care of the day-to-day tasks that keep things moving.

    Who we are: RealCraft designs and builds premium doors and hardware for creative homeowners, architects, and designers nationwide. We use real materials to build our true timber doors and solid metal hardware. Every door is proudly handcrafted onsite. Quality, craftsmanship, and accountability drive everything we do.

    Compensation & Benefits

    · $25 - $29 per hour for this part-time position

    · Hours are somewhat flexible, Monday through Thursday, 5-7 hours per day. Must be able to start work at 7:30AM.

    What you will do:

    Customer Support

    Be the first person customers contact and help direct questions to the right team

    Answer questions about orders, timelines, and shipping

    Help resolve customer issues and escalate when needed

    Follow up with customers to request reviews and feedback

    Sales Support & Outreach

    Assist the sales team with customer follow-ups and communication

    Help gather feedback about the website, ordering process, and products

    Share customer insights with sales and marketing teams

    Order Support

    Review online orders for accuracy and product availability

    Confirm shipping details and communicate any changes or delays

    Work with Shipping, Production, and Accounting to resolve order questions

    Showroom & Visitor Support

    Keep the showroom clean, organized, and welcoming

    Prepare for customer visits and meetings

    Help maintain and update showroom displays

    Greet visitors and create a positive first impression

    Office Support

    Answer phones and manage shared inboxes

    Help schedule meetings and handle basic admin tasks

    Assist with data entry, filing, and document prep

    Order office supplies and help keep the office organized

    Support team projects, meetings, and special events as needed

    Experience & Qualifications:

    · At least one year of experience in customer service, admin support, or a similar role

    · Strong organization skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks while staying detail-focused

    · Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

    · Clear and professional communicator, both written and verbal

    · Positive attitude and ability to build strong relationships with customers and teammates

    · Experience supporting a sales team is a plus

    · Familiarity with tools like Shopify, HubSpot, Trello, and DocuSign is helpful

    · Interest or experience in design, architecture, or home décor is a bonus and fits well with RealCraft’s craftsmanship-focused work
