Job Title: Sales Assistant / Sales Support Coordinator
Location: Atlanta Metro Area (Hybrid – Alpharetta, Lawrenceville, Marietta, Holly Springs)
Reports To: Vice President of Sales
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Assistant / Sales Support Coordinator to support our Vice President of Sales and a team of five Business Developers selling commercial landscape maintenance services across the Atlanta market.
This role is designed to significantly increase the productivity and effectiveness of our sales team by managing administrative, marketing, data, and outbound prospecting activities. While this is a non-commissioned role, it includes a meaningful bonus tied to team new-revenue performance and offers long-term growth potential within our organization.
This is a hybrid position with flexibility to work from any of our four Atlanta-area offices and attend events or branch locations as needed.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development Support
Lead outbound prospecting efforts including cold calling, email campaigns, and meeting setting
Research and identify new prospect targets within the Atlanta commercial market
Monitor and distribute inbound leads from website inquiries and incoming calls
Support Business Developers with proposal preparation, contract creation, and document filing
Maintain organized sales files and internal documentation
CRM, Reporting & Data Management
Maintain data quality and accuracy within HubSpot CRM
Enter, update, and audit prospect and client records
Create and distribute weekly and monthly sales activity and pipeline reports
Track lead sources, conversion metrics, and campaign performance
Marketing & Event Support
Assist with coordination, setup, and breakdown for industry events, trade shows, and networking functions
Support marketing initiatives including email campaigns, social media coordination, and website lead management
Help manage internal sales and marketing documentation and process guides
Administrative & Executive Support
Provide direct support to the Vice President of Sales
Coordinate calendars, meetings, and follow-up activities

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable with outbound calling and prospecting
Preferred Skills
Experience with or strong aptitude to learn CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
Familiarity with marketing tools, email campaigns, and basic social media management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
Comfortable working with data, reports, and dashboards

Compensation:
Base Salary ~$60,000 + Performance Bonus (up to 20% of base), health insurance, 401k match, PTO
