We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Sales Assistant to support our sales operations in New Orleans. The ideal candidate will assist with client communication, manage orders, coordinate with internal departments, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Responsibilities
Assist the sales team in handling client inquiries and orders
Prepare quotes, proposals, and follow-up documentation
Maintain accurate sales records and update databases
Coordinate with production and delivery teams to ensure timely fulfillment
Support customer service efforts by resolving issues and addressing concerns
Conduct product knowledge training and stay informed about new offerings
Prepare sales reports and assist with administrative tasks
