    Salary: $45k Annually (Based on Experience)
    Annual Commission: $20k-$40k (Based on Performance)

    Job Summary

    We are seeking a Sales Associate to join our growing sales team! This role combines inside and outside sales responsibilities, including telemarketing, lead generation, and full-cycle account management. You will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, nurturing existing client relationships, and executing sales strategies that support company growth. This position is ideal for someone who is proactive, confident on the phone, skilled in customer service, and excited about driving results through both outbound calling and consultative sales techniques.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    · Generate and develop new business through telemarketing, cold calling, qualifying leads, and follow-up.

    · Maintain and nurture both new and existing client relationships to ensure satisfaction and maximize account growth.

    · Execute a sales action plan that includes goals, strategies, and milestones to increase revenue.

    · Promote company products/services to both prospective and current clients, including new offerings and upgrades.

    · Use CRM to manage client communications, track lead progress, and document customer interactions.

    · Prepare and deliver presentations to individuals or groups at all levels of an organization.

    · Act as the liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to operations.

    · Conduct market research, gather competitive intelligence, and identify key decision-makers within prospective companies.

    · Participate in trade shows, events, and conferences as needed; provide post-event reporting and analysis.

    · Create and submit sales forecasts, reports, and other relevant business development documents.

    · Respond to inbound inquiries, route customer orders, and follow up on client satisfaction and future opportunities.

    · Maintain organized files and documentation of sales activity.

    · Stay current on product knowledge and industry trends.

    · Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

    Qualifications

    1-2 years of B2B sales or telemarketing experience, preferably in a complex sales environment.

    Excellent verbal and written communication and telephone skills.

    Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

    Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

    Strong negotiation, consultative selling, and presentation skills.

    Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team.

    Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build long-term client relationships.

    Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).

    Flexibility and enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

    Physical Demands and Work Environment

    Frequent phone and computer use.

    Occasional travel (up to 20%) to client sites, events, or trade shows.

    Ability to communicate effectively with clients and coworkers, individually and in group settings.

    In office position that follows standard office hours, Monday through Friday, 7:30AM – 5PM EST , with occasional flexibility based on business needs.
