BE WICKED INC. is a growing fashion company specializing in lingerie, sleepwear, shapewear, swimwear, and fashion accessories. We are looking for an energetic, organized, and motivated Customer Service & Sales Manager to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, building relationships, and helping grow sales.

Job Responsibilities

Prepare and organize product line sheets.

Email line sheets to existing customers and follow up regularly.

Contact both existing and new customers to generate sales opportunities.

Book pre-orders and work to close sales.

Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers.

Provide outstanding customer service through email and phone.

Coordinate samples and assist customers with product information.

Travel 2–3 times per year to trade shows.

Work closely with the sales and product teams to help achieve company sales goals.

Keep customer information organized using Excel and other computer programs.

Follow up consistently to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in the fashion or clothing industry (required).

Previous experience in customer service and sales.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Excellent follow-up and organizational skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable using computers and business software.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Positive attitude, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.

Professional email and phone communication skills.
