Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team in a luxury, dynamic jewelry store environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a strong ability to communicate effectively with customers. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing the shopping experience by assisting customers, managing stock, and promoting products.

Duties

Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and assisting them with their inquiries.

Operate cash registers and point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently.

Maintain an organized and well-stocked sales floor by restocking shelves and managing inventory levels.

Conduct product demonstrations to promote new items and encourage sales.

Assist in the preparation of promotional displays to enhance product visibility.

Handle customer transactions, returns, and exchanges with professionalism.

Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth operation of the store.

Stay informed about product offerings, promotions, and store policies to provide accurate information to customers.

Weekly Working Hours: MON-SAT 8am - 6pm and SUN 9:30-5:30

10 hour work shifts (full time is 4 days, part time is 2-3 days)

Requirements

Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing inventory.

Previous experience in retail sales or grocery store environments is preferred but not mandatory.

Must take required jewelry and gemstone courses once hired.

Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply as it enhances communication with diverse customers.

Strong communication skills to effectively engage with customers and team members.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Shifts always change every week, no set schedule.
