Who We Are
BODYBAR Pilates is a fast-growing boutique fitness franchise delivering dynamic Pilates workouts through our signature BODYBAR method—now in studios across the U.S. We’re on a mission to set the industry standard in how Pilates is taught and experienced, with a focus on strength, form, and most of all—CHEER. From the studio floor to the front desk, our team leads with positivity, passion, and purpose.
Who We’re Looking For
We are looking for a seasonal part-time Front Desk Associate with the opportunity to grow into a core team member. At BODYBAR Pilates, we’re looking for someone high-energy, people-loving, sales-minded, and passionate about creating an exceptional client experience.
As a Sales Associate, you’ll help grow our member community, support studio operations, and bring the BODYBAR experience to life each day. From welcoming clients and building relationships to driving membership sales and creating a strong sense of community within the studio, you’ll play a key role in our team.
We’re looking for someone with open availability who is comfortable working early mornings, evenings, and weekends. The ideal candidate is confident with sales, community-focused, and excited to be part of a fun, fast-paced studio environment. This is a flexible part-time position reporting directly to the Studio Manager, with strong potential for long-term growth within the studio.
What You’ll Be Doing
Drive studio growth by owning the sales process—generate leads, follow up, and turn interest into memberships.
Build strong relationships with members through proactive communication and personalized support.
Hit your daily goals—from bookings to outreach to membership sales, you're all about results.
Be our brand ambassador—represent BODYBAR at local events and help grow our presence in the community.
Stay organized and efficient by keeping member bookings and interactions accurately logged.
Create a welcoming studio vibe by engaging with members before and after class—you help turn workouts into experiences.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
Comfortable with sales and confident recommending memberships, retail products, and private training in a genuine, relationship-focused way
Passionate about creating a welcoming, community-driven studio environment
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to build meaningful connections with members
Positive, professional, and reliable with a team-first attitude
Comfortable working in a fast-paced boutique fitness environment
Open availability preferred, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
Previous experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or fitness studios preferred
Proficient with computers, scheduling systems, and studio software
High school diploma or equivalent required
