Who We’re Looking For

BODYBAR Pilates is looking for a high-energy, people-loving Sales Associate to help grow our member base community and create an unbeatable studio experience. You’ll drive sales, support members, and bring the BODYBAR vibe to life—all while working alongside a fun, motivated team. This is a part-time role with flexible hours, reporting to the Studio Manager.

What You’ll Be Doing

Drive studio growth by owning the sales process—generate leads, follow up, and turn interest into memberships.

Build strong relationships with members through proactive communication and personalized support.

Hit your daily goals—from bookings to outreach to membership sales, you're all about results.

Be our brand ambassador—represent BODYBAR at local events and help grow our presence in the community.

Stay organized and efficient by keeping member bookings and interactions accurately logged.

Create a welcoming studio vibe by engaging with members before and after class—you help turn workouts into experiences.

Studio Software & Social Media: Use studio management software for scheduling and member communication; assist with basic social media engagement and content support.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

Strong customer service background

Previous sales experience (fitness or boutique studio experience is a plus)

Passionate about health, wellness, and fitness

Tech‑comfortable with studio software and social media platforms

Punctual, reliable, and able to work mornings, evenings, and weekends

Friendly, proactive communicator who enjoys connecting with people

Self‑motivated with the ability to follow up consistently and professionally
