Bicycle Sales Associate

Location: Jen’s Cycles - 340 Robbins Lane, Syosset, NY 11791 Position Type: Full-time

We’re looking for a friendly, motivated Sales Associate to join our team at our busy bicycle shop. If you love bikes, enjoy helping people, and want to work in a fun, fast-paced environment, this could be a great fit.

Responsibilities

Help customers find the right bicycle, gear, and accessories for their needs

Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming shop environment

Answer phones and assist customers with questions about products, services, and store information

Assist with merchandising, stocking, and keeping the sales floor organized

Maintain general shop cleanliness, including basic cleaning and tidying of retail and customer areas

Qualifications

Strong communication and customer service skills

Retail or sales experience is a plus

Ability to learn about bicycles, components, and accessories

Team player with a positive attitude

Weekend availability preferred
