About the Role:

Bloomer Hardware is looking for a friendly and motivated Sales Associate to join our team in Bloomer, WI! In this role, you'll be the face of our store — helping customers find the right products and solutions for their projects. If you love hardware, home improvement, and great customer service, this is the opportunity for you.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in locating products and providing knowledgeable recommendations

Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems

Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked shelves and displays

Answer customer questions about hardware, tools, and home improvement products

Support inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise

Collaborate with team members to meet store sales goals and deliver excellent service

Handle returns and exchanges in a professional and courteous manner

Requirements:

Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience preferred

Basic knowledge of hardware, tools, or home improvement products is a plus

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs

Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player

Comfortable using basic computer systems and point-of-sale software
