Orangetheory Fitness Cleveland Park is looking for a great team member to join us! We want someone who is energetic, friendly, detail-oriented, loves talking to people, and can work hard while still having fun.

What you’ll do:
Welcome everyone who walks through our doors with energy and enthusiasm
Talk with prospective members and introduce them to what makes OTF different
Give studio tours and help new guests feel comfortable
Work alongside our coaches to make sure first-time guests have a great experience
Follow up with prospective members and help them find the right membership
Work the front desk, answer phones, and connect with our members
Sell memberships and help the studio grow
Listen to member concerns and work toward a positive resolution
Participate in local marketing and community outreach events
Keep the studio clean, organized, and welcoming
What we’re looking for:
Someone who is people-oriented, motivated, reliable, and comfortable having conversations with all kinds of people. You don't need to be a fitness expert — we’ll teach you the OTF side of things. What matters most is your energy, attitude, attention to detail, and ability to connect with people.
Compensation:
$18.40/hour base pay
Hourly commission opportunities
Monthly bonuses based on individual results
Additional compensation typically averages $100–$500/month
