We’re seeking an outside sales representative to identify new target buyers and upsell to current customers to achieve sales goals. The ideal candidate is a service-oriented outside sales expert who can prospect, present, and close deals efficiently. Responsibilities: • Meet or surpass the monthly quota for sold business and lead requirements/ revenue-generating activities • Close the deal after creating, presenting, and negotiating a solution to your prospects • Initiate outgoing cold calling and emailing to potential customers, schedule in-person sales appointments, and follow up on client requests for information • Meet with Prospective New Clients (PNCs) in person, by phone, and by video conference to help the PNC find clarity in their situation, educate the potential client about their options with the direction of an attorney, and help them make the best decision for their future and for the firm to achieve the PNC’s goals • Keep detailed notes in our case management system documenting all contacts with each PNC before, during, and after consultations, including all attempts at follow-up • Position us as the clear and obvious choice in our market through competitive analysis and product trends • Move your sales leads and deals through the sales pipeline efficiently while consistently adding new target buyers into the funnel • Leverage social prospecting and multiple communication channels to find, meet with, and follow up with potential customers and deal opportunities Qualifications: • Prefer a minimum of 2+ years in outside sales experience • Stellar communication, presentation, persuasion, interpersonal, and negotiating skills • High school or equivalent diploma required; industry or product knowledge preferred • A consistent top performer in sales • Deadlines and details motivate you to provide exceptional customer service to your prospects, clients, and team alike • You love talking and meeting with prospects, presenting to them, closing the deal, and asking for referrals Compensation: $40,000 - $60,000 base + bonus
