What You’ll Do

· Meet with pre-set appointments (both new and returning clients)

· Generate creative leads and follow up on opportunities

· Build rapport with homeowners and guide them through the sales process

· Support the team and take ownership of your territory

Compensation & Benefits

· Base salary plus commission structure

· First-year earnings at goal: $60,000+

Requirements

· Valid driver’s license

· Strong verbal and written communication skills

· Basic computer literacy (email, spreadsheets, business tools)
