We are seeking a friendly and service-oriented Sales Associate to join our team! As a Sales Associate, you will assist customers with their businesses needs and ensure an excellent experience. Responsibilities may include working the client portal, account setup, processing inventory, and maintaining client relationship . The ideal candidate will have previous experience in customer service and professional client relationship skill .

Responsibilities

Greet each customer with a smile and provide assistance while complete application

Follow all safety and loss prevention procedures.

Collect payments by client portal and credit card

Take added responsibility for office image, client acquisition, and market management.

Drive sales by participating in targeted product promotions and initiatives as set forth by the company.

Develop and maintain solid product knowledge in order to best help customers with their selections.

Qualifications
