Responsibilities:

Engage with clients to assess their insurance and financial needs.

Promote and sell Farm Bureau Financial Services products, including auto, home, and life insurance.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service.

Conduct thorough policy reviews and recommend appropriate adjustments.

Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction.

Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to better serve clients.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

Previous sales experience, preferably in insurance or financial services.

Valid insurance license or willingness to obtain one.
