We are seeking a friendly and service-oriented Sales Associate, familiar with the sale of coins and precious metals, to join our team! As a Sales Associate your responsibilities include opening new accounts, maintaining these accounts and making sure your clients have the best experience with their transactions.

Responsibilities

Greet each customer with a smile and provide assistance while they are shopping

Follow all safety and loss prevention procedures.

Collect payments by check and credit card.

Issue receipts and refunds to customers.

Drive sales by participating in targeted product promotions and initiatives as set forth by the company.

Develop and maintain solid product knowledge in order to best help customers with their selections.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent

Ability to read, count, write, and communicate clearly and effectively

Understanding of sales techniques and best practices in customer service

Willingness to work well in a team environment.
