    Job Summary

    We are seeking a proactive and personable Part-Time Sales associate to engage with potential clients, promote our services, and contribute to our growth in the Hampton Roads area. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills, social media proficiency, and a background in real estate or non- retail sales.

    Responsibilities

    Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels, telecommunications, in person visits, social media, community events, and referrals.

    Understand clients needs and recommend appropriate service packages.

    Track key performance metrics, document interactions, and report sales progress weekly.

    Develop and execute social media strategies to generate inbound leads, promote our services, and increase brand awareness across social platforms.

    Represent HomeSmiles at local events to connect with target audience to promote brand awareness and service offerings.

    Build relationships with local realtors, property managers, and HOA management to generate consistent referrals and establish credibility within the housing market.

    Qualifications

    1-3 years of proven work experience in sales preferably not in a retail environment.

    Demonstrated ability to use and create social media content on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.

    Knowledge of basic computer skills including, remote work technology, excel, and basic office suite tools.

    Solid customer service attitude and comfortable presentation skills.

    Strong verbal and written communication skills.

    Independent, results- oriented professional who thrives in a part-time, performance based environment. Ability to stay organized, manage time well, and hit sales goals with minimal supervision.

    Availability to travel locally as needed.

    Ability to handle customer feedback, follow up on concerns, and follow through on service expectations.

    Preferred if you have experience working with or alongside real estate agents, home inspectors, or property managers.
