Household Furniture, El Paso’s largest and oldest family-owned furniture retailer, is seeking motivated, customer-focused Sales Associates to join our Clearance Store team. This is a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment where success is driven by hustle, product knowledge, and closing skills.

What You’ll Do

Greet and assist customers in a high-volume environment

Actively sell clearance merchandise and close sales efficiently

Educate customers on product features, pricing, and availability

Process sales accurately through the POS system

Maintain showroom appearance and merchandise organization

Meet or exceed individual sales and commission goals

Provide excellent customer service while working quickly and effectively

What We’re Looking For

Sales experience preferred (retail or commission-based sales a plus)

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment

Strong communication and closing skills

Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated

Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends

Ability to stand, walk, and assist customers throughout the shift

Schedule

Retail hours including evenings and weekends

Shifts typically fall within:

Mon–Sat: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Off Sundays and 1 weekday
