    This is an on-site role in Bismarck, with immediate openings available. Applicants must currently reside in Houston or be willing to relocate within 2–4 weeks of applying. Flexible scheduling is available for full-time employees.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Proactively engage with customers, initiate conversations, and build rapport to understand their needs.
    • Create a welcoming, professional, and friendly environment that attracts new customers and builds loyalty with existing ones.
    • Provide accurate, detailed product information, highlighting features, benefits, and uses.
    • Answer customer questions and address concerns to foster trust and confidence.
    • Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
    • Stay current on product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends.
    • Participate in training sessions to enhance sales techniques and product expertise.
    • Collect and relay customer feedback to management for continuous improvement.

    Qualifications

    • Must be 18 years of age or older.
    • Reliable transportation to our Bismarck, ND location is required.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service preferred.
    • Ability to build relationships and establish trust with customers.
    • Solution-oriented mindset with a willingness to be coached and trained.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
    • Positive attitude, great work ethic, and enthusiasm for sales.
