    We’re looking for a motivated and people-friendly Entry-Level Sales Associate to join our growing team! In this role, you’ll represent a major telecom brand and work face-to-face with customers in a retail setting, helping them with wireless products, services, and account needs.

    You’ll gain hands-on experience in sales and customer service while learning how to use tools like a sales tablet and point-of-sale system. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include assisting customers with selecting plans or devices, answering questions, and helping maintain a clean, welcoming store environment.

    Responsibilities

    Greet each customer with a smile and provide assistance while they are shopping

    Drive sales by participating in targeted product promotions and initiatives as set forth by the company.

    Develop and maintain solid product knowledge in order to best help customers with their selections.

    Process activations, upgrades, and service changes using internal systems and carrier portals

    Input and verify order details in sales systems to ensure timely fulfillment and accurate billing

    Handle order processing from initial selection to final checkout, ensuring a smooth customer experience and compliance with carrier guidelines

    Qualifications

    High School Diploma or equivalent

    Ability to read, count, write, and communicate clearly and effectively

    Understanding of sales techniques and best practices in customer service

    Willingness to work well in a team environment

    Ability to quickly and accurately work a sales tablet

    Willingness to work a flexible schedule
