What You’ll Do: • Build and manage a book of business with quality leads provided • Develop strategic solutions for clients’ health insurance needs • Receive advanced sales, compliance, and product training • Work alongside executives and top producers to advance quickly Responsibilities: • Identify new business leads by examining local market trends • Seek out new business opportunities to expand clientele • Funnel new qualified leads into the sales pipeline by following up with each prospect via email, phone calls, or other forms of communication • Qualify incoming leads so appointments are arranged as fast as possible to provide an excellent customer service experience • Solicit new accounts to meet and exceed revenue targets through sales calls, on-site visits, sales tours, and networking in the local community Qualifications: • Outstanding organizational skills and time management • High school diploma or GED, and bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred • Understands how to communicate, negotiate, and network effectively • Hunger to succeed and willingness to learn • Laptop, phone, and reliable transportation Compensation: $85,000 - $105,000
