Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and service-oriented Sales Associate to join our team! As a Sales Associate, you will assist customers with their shopping needs and ensure an excellent shopping experience. Responsibilities may include working the register, answers questions about products and pricing, communicate order details to production, and maintaining the store’s appearance. Along with customer service, this position will also assist the production team with production tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

Greet each customer with a smile and provide excellent in-store and phone customer service.

Assisting customers with product selection, sizing, and customization options.

Enter and process orders accurately in the point-of-sale system.

Collect payments and issue receipts

communicate order details clearly to the production team.

Answer questions regarding pricing, timelines, and policies.

Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and front counter.

Follow all store procedures and sales guidelines.

Drive sales by participating in targeted product promotions and initiatives as set forth by the company.

Develop and maintain solid product knowledge in order to best help customers with their selections.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent

Ability to read, count, write, and communicate clearly and effectively

Understanding of sales techniques and best practices in customer service

Willingness to work well in a team environment

Ability to quickly and accurately work a register

Willingness to work a flexible schedule
