Position Overview: We’re looking for a friendly, energetic Sales Associate to be the first point of contact for our members and prospects. This role focuses on booking stretch consultations, generating sales leads, calling leads/prospects, answering calls, and keeping our schedule full while creating a welcoming studio environment.

Responsibilities:

Call prospective clients to book stretch consultations

Answer phones and respond to customer inquiries

Schedule and rebook member appointments

Follow up with leads and missed appointments

Greet members and provide a great first impression

Assist with basic front desk and studio operations

What We’re Looking For:

Strong communication and people skills

Comfortable making outbound calls

Organized, reliable, and positive attitude

Customer service or sales experience is a plus
