Position Overview
As a Sales Associate, you will:
- Develop and Manage Client Relationships : Identify prospective clients in commercial real estate and facility management, engage decision-makers, and deliver tailored solutions from our extensive range of trades.
- Accelerate Growth Through Existing Connections : If you already have relationships with procurement directors or buyers, you can begin earning in your first week by bringing those accounts to PHI.
- Participate in Quick, Effective Training : Complete three days of focused onboarding, then move directly into the field to start selling.
- Work Remotely & Independently: Enjoy a fully remote role where you can set your own pace and schedule, taking ownership of your success.
Compensation & Career Path
- 120-Day Commission-Only Trial Period

- Transition to a competitive base salary with 100% company-paid benefits upon successful completion.
- Uncapped Commission Structure
- Earn 8% commission on deals until you meet your quarterly quota.
- Surpass your quota to increase your commission to 12% , with no ceiling on overall earnings.
