Are you passionate about health and wellness? Are you naturally confident and outgoing? If so, you need to join the member service team at our upscale sauna studio! We are looking for positive, confident, results-oriented team members who love to connect with people.

We Offer

Hourly Pay plus commission based on types of memberships sold and paid out monthly

While in sales training, the potential to earn a commission when shadowing other sales associates

We offer comprehensive training, but experience is preferred. Training and ongoing support will be provided.

Team members are encouraged to sauna and will receive 1 session per week, complementary, available to use when not on scheduled shifts.

We offer some flexibility and the ability to advocate for preferred shifts, but candidates must be available and prepared to work at least 3 to 5 shifts per week, for 5 hours per shift.

Operating Hours and Shifts:

Monday through Friday, 7 am to 9 pm (Shifts from 6:30 am - 11:30 am, 11 am - 4:30 pm, 4 pm - 9:15 pm)

Saturday and Sunday: 8 am to 8 pm (Shifts from 7:30 am to 12:30 pm, 12 pm - 4 pm, 3:30 pm - 8:15 pm)

Here's what you’ll be doing:

Sell memberships with confidence in a commission-based atmosphere

Reaching out to leads using our CRM with high-energy

Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and the value of having a Perspire Sauna Studio Membership

Set reservations and book follow-up appointments

Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome

Administer studio tours for new guests

Answer all questions about services and the facility

Maintain clean facility, turnover/cleaning of individual sauna rooms

Maintain and organize the facility’s towel supply area
