Perspire Sauna Studio – River North Part-Time | Opportunity for Increased Hours

Perspire Sauna Studio River North is now open, and we are growing our team.

We are looking for positive, confident, sales-driven team members who genuinely enjoy connecting with people, creating a welcoming guest experience, and helping others build consistent wellness routines.

This is more than a front desk position. It is a member service and sales role inside an upscale wellness studio where professionalism, energy, reliability, and accountability matter.

This position will begin part-time, with the opportunity to earn additional hours, potentially up to full-time, based on demonstrated reliability, performance, availability, and studio needs. We are currently hiring across multiple shifts, with weekday opening availability especially valued.

Studio Operating Hours

Monday through Friday: 07:00–21:00

Saturday and Sunday: 08:00–20:00

Availability for weekday opening shifts, evenings, and weekends is strongly preferred.

What We Are Looking For

A genuine interest in health, wellness, and helping people feel their best

A confident, outgoing, and professional personality

Sales, hospitality, fitness, wellness, or customer service experience preferred, but not required

Strong communication skills and comfort speaking with new guests

A positive, team-oriented mindset

A verifiable history of reliability and strong attendance

The ability to stay organized, focused, and calm in a fast-paced environment

A results-oriented mindset and willingness to receive coaching

Consistent availability and the ability to reliably commute to scheduled shifts

What You’ll Be Doing

Confidently presenting and selling memberships, packages, and wellness services

Educating guests on infrared sauna, red light therapy, and the value of a consistent wellness routine

Providing studio tours for new guests

Helping convert first-time visitors into long-term members

Following up with leads and guests through our CRM

Booking reservations and follow-up appointments

Welcoming members and creating a relaxed, professional studio experience

Answering questions about services, memberships, and studio policies

Maintaining a clean, organized, and guest-ready studio

Turning over sauna suites between appointments

Supporting towel organization, linen flow, and general studio operations
