Job Description & Responsibilities:

• Drive positive sales results while delivering an exceptional in-store experience.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and shoppable store environment.
• Receive, organize, and restock incoming merchandise shipments.
• Accurately fulfill and process outgoing e-commerce orders.
• Actively recommend products and promote add-on sales.
• Foster a welcoming and engaging atmosphere for guests and teammates.
• Represent our brands with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Promote teamwork and a respectful store culture.
• Ensure safety and operational standards are upheld.
• Work collaboratively with mall staff, vendors, and corporate partners.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

• Friendly, professional communicator with a genuine passion for customer service
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable standing for extended periods, lifting up to 40 lbs, and using ladders
• Multilingual skills are a plus!
