As a Sales Associate, you are the face of the brand. You don't just sell plans; you build relationships. Key Responsibilities
Consultative Selling: Identify customer needs through active listening and recommend tailored solutions, including hardware, accessories, and service plans.
Technical Troubleshooting: Assist customers with device setup, data transfers, and basic technical support for their new technology.
Goal Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets, including key performance indicators (KPIs) like conversion rates and customer satisfaction scores.
Brand Ambassadorship: Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends, competitor offerings, and internal promotions to provide expert-level advice.
Store Operations: Maintain a pristine floor appearance, assist with inventory management (merchandising), and ensure cash-handling procedures are followed accurately.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: 1–2 years of experience in retail, customer service, or a commission-based sales environment (preferred).
Communication: Exceptional verbal communication skills and the ability to explain complex tech in simple terms.
Flexibility: Availability to work a rotating schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Education: High School Diploma or GED (Required).
